If you have a contributed elevation layer available in Operations Center™, you can view layers in 3D. To do so, follow the steps below.
-Note: 3D layers can also be accessed in PCT Agcloud. For that process, follow this link: https://pctagcloud-support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/51000381811-view-layers-in-3d.
Steps:
1. In Operations Center™, open the Field Analyzer for the desired Field and select an Elevation Layer that has been contributed by PCT.
2. Click the '3D-View' link.
3. The 3D Elevation Layer will be displayed in a new tab. Click and drag on the layer to change the viewing angle, and scroll to zoom in or out.
4. You can change the scale of the layer with the slider at the bottom.
5. Choose a layer from the left to be displayed over the 3D Elevation Layer.
6. Multiple maps can be displayed at once by changing from 'Single' to 'Multi'.
7. The layer legends can be toggled on or off.
8. A rainfall simulator can be turned on by clicking the 'Rain' button.
