Custom legends for all available layer types can be set at the dealer level using the following link. https://my.pct-agcloud.com/apps/#/legends
To configure a custom legend, follow the steps below.
Steps:
1. Click the '+' button next to "Add a legend".
2. Choose the layer or layers you would like to set the legend for, then click the '+' button to add them.
-Note: type the name of the layer in the 'Select Layer Type' box to find the layer faster.
3. For layers with a crop such as Yield, you can choose a crop or leave the slider set to 'All'. For layers such as soil sampling with no crop, the slider needs to be set to 'None'. To add a crop, select it and click the '+' button.
4. For Layers with a product such as Measured weight, Crop will be set to 'None' and you can type in a product or set to 'All' for all measured rate layers. If a product is entered, click the '+' button to add it.
5. You can set the legend for the unit of the layer. In most cases, the unit will be set to 'All', but for layers without a unit such as Soil pH or Soil Buffer pH, it needs to be set to 'None'.
6. Once layer parameters are set up properly, you can choose the legend distribution method. For legends with custom breaks, you will choose 'None' and it will then give the option for a min and max value per legend range.
-Note: a checked 'Force Legacy' box will use pre-stored legends for some created layers such as those in the Rx and Analytics tools. If it is unchecked, it will use the legend you have defined.
7. Click the '+ below' box to add a color.
8. Click the color box to choose the color and opacity.
9. Click the 'Apply' button on the right to choose from a list of predefined color palettes when more than one color has been added.
10. Click the yellow 'Comments' button to add comments to the entire legend or individual colors.
11. Once all legend ranges are set click 'Save'.
-Note: please allow up to 15 minutes for legend changes to take effect.
