How to Set Grower Subscription Levels

Created by Info Admin, Modified on Wed, 27 Dec, 2023 at 4:23 AM by Info Admin

PCT Subscriptions are based on individual Grower Packages. This allows the Dealer to set functionality and prices suited to each individual grower they service.

  • The subscription level controls what data layers can be seen and used within each Grower Account.
  • The subscription level may also control some functionality that is available. For the most part, the only restrictions are on the layer types available, not on how these layers can be used.
  • The subscriptions DO NOT control what data can be imported.  For example, even if you don't have the required subscription to manage Yield data, you can still import into the PCT Agcloud system for future use.
  • If a subscription is downgraded, the data is not deleted.   This means that if the subscription is upgraded again access to that data will also be restored.

As a PCT Agcloud Dealer you can actively manage the subscription levels for each of your connected Grower accounts directly with the PCT Agcloud web application.

Note: To access the subscription management you need to be an Org Manager Dealer User.

If you are unsure please contact PCT Agcloud support.
