How do I merge datasets?

In Data Editor, you have the ability to merge datasets that are within the same field.

-Note: When auto-process is turned on at import, files with the same operation type will be merged automatically when they fall within a certain amount of days from each other. This date range varies depending on the operation type.

Steps:

1. In Data Editor, select the datasets that you would like to merge by checking the box on the right side of the window.

2. Click the 'Advanced' tab of one of the datasets.

3. Under the Advanced tab, select either 'Merge- Fill gaps with Zeroes' or 'Merge- Fill gaps with Average'.

-Note: Both options only apply if there are multiple machines where one is recording an attribute that the other is not. If the datasets are from the same machine, either button will operate the same.
