Planned sample locations can be uploaded to APAL Farm2Lab, ready to use in field for sample collection with the APAL Farm2Lab app.
The APAL app is available for Android, iPhone and iPad.

Exporting KML
Farm2Lab accepts the PCT Agcloud KML sample plans.

Uploading to Farm2Lab
- Locate the client in Farm2Lab, My Clients (tab)
- If the client does not have field boundaries, import these first
- Boundaries can be exported from PCT Agcloud, see the following article, https://pctagcloud-support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/51000381848-editing-and-exporting-boundaries.
- View Sampling Map
- Select Custom -> Upload from File
- Upload Sample Plan KML(s) that have been exported from PCT Agcloud
- Sample Points will now be visible
- If required, use the "Edit Point" button to update the paddock and sample names
- Select "Finalise Plan"
- Follow on-screen instructions
- Add depths and test sets with any extras as required
- Click "Save Sampling Group" to complete
- Send to Device
- Review details and select "Confirm"
The sampling plan will now be available on APAL Farm2Lab app, ready to sample.
Note: Coming in the future will be the ability to send sample results directly back to PCT Agcloud once complete
- View sampling map > Custom > Upload from a file
