The 'Single Product/Multi Field' tab located in the Rx tool can be used to create prescriptions for Seeding/Planting and application of a single product for one or multiple fields. To do so, follow the steps below. The 'Single Product/Multi Field' tab in the Rx tool operates the same application as the 'Rx' button in View.

Steps:

1. In the Rx tool, under the 'Single Product / Multi Field' tab, select either a Grower, Farm, or Field to run the prescription for.

2. Filter layers by Season and Type.

3. Enter a Product by clicking the desired Operation type and choosing a product from the list. To create a new product, click the '+' button.

4. You can also enter a Product Cost to perform a cost analysis of the Rx.

5. Choose a Zone Type and number of zones.

-Note: Smooth Map and Remove Small zones are options to simplify the Rx.

6. Select the desired layers.

-Note: When creating Rx's based on zoned layers, such as Management Zones, the Classify Settings will be ignored.

7. Click 'Run Rx'.

8. Once the layers have been zoned, enter your rates.

-Note: With the 'Sync all to first' box checked, the rates you enter on the first field will be automatically applied to all prescriptions.

9. Click 'Save Shapefiles' and a shapefile (zipped) and .PDF of the application maps will be automatically downloaded.

           -    'Simplify shapefile' will reduce the number of points per polygon and file size.

           -    You can also send the layer and shapefile straight to My JohnDeere

          -    'Combine all fields into one shapefile' will combine all of the prescriptions into one file.
